Is a coworking space just a more exclusive coffee shop?

Unless your local coffee shop offers a meeting room, personal offices, a private day office, and an extensive list of business amenities, then the answer is categorically, no. Replace noisy patrons, shaky tables, and tiny chairs with comfortable seating selections, printing services, whiteboards, and environments designed to enhance productivity. And not to worry, you won’t experience a caffeine shortage in our coworking space.

Can I use a coworking space if I’m not a member?

This depends on the coworking provider, but most coworking spaces provide a daily option for guests. FlowTheory offers Day Passes for just $25 per person or a private Day Office for just $25/hour. Your Day Pass allows you full, all-day access to FlowTheory’s innovative work environments and business class WiFi.

I need a fast and reliable Internet Connection, what do you offer?

We have a secure Comcast Business fiber network. Our space is equipped with wireless as well as hardwired Internet connections and almost every private office has an access point. The average Internet download speed is 180 mbps and the uploading speed is on average 50 mbps. Our Internet is fast enough to accommodate any business.

Is a deposit required?

Are there any types of businesses that aren’t a good fit for coworking?

Businesses that aren't a good fit for FlowTheory would be retail, massage, chiropractic, etc. - the type of businesses that are appointment based and have frequent traffic in and out of the space. There are spaces that allow these types of businesses and, if you are looking for that, we can point you in the right direction.

What if I want to try coworking, but I’m not convinced it’s for me or I’m unsure if FlowTheory is the right fit for me?
